Due to some extreme temperatures across the country, we strongly advise all shipping orders to go Fedex 2nd day air to avoid damage to your order. If you choose not to ship 2nd day, we will ship during weather permitting times. This could mean that your shipment will be postponed for a month or longer until temperatures warm back up. Our 2010 Rosé comes from estate Pinot Noir vineyards. It was fermented in neutral oak barrels and aged on its lees for 6 months. With a perfume of wild strawberries and citrus-orchard flowers, this salmon-colored rose is brilliant in the glass with bright, crisp flavors of strawberry, white plum and orange. The highly floral aromatics find their way into the mouth-feel and the finish is long and complex with great citrus and strawberry flavors that linger and blend effortlessly with a saline minerality and a distinct Pinot Noir spice and structure. The mouthwatering acidity makes it very attractive as an aperitif wine or to pair with a multitude of dishes. Drink now, only 275 cases produced!
