Due to some extreme temperatures across the country, we strongly advise all shipping orders to go Fedex 2nd day air to avoid damage to your order. If you choose not to ship 2nd day, we will ship during weather permitting times. This could mean that your shipment will be postponed for a month or longer until temperatures warm back up. The de Lancellotti Vineyard is our 23 acre sprawling estate vineyard that lies on the Calkins Lane bench of the Chehalem Mountains AVA. It's located just outside of, and surrounding, the winery. The sandy oceanic soils are well-drained and reflect enormous amounts of sunlight back up onto the vines, which paired with the constant breeze, make for ideal conditions to grow powerful pinot noirs that also maintain grace and elegance. Year in and year out, we tend to classify de Lancellotti as one of our most "perfumed" and "pretty" wines.

The 2009 de Lancellotti Vineyard Pinot Noir is dark ruby red in color and offers up a potpourri nose of sweet baking spices, red currant, cherry and savory herbs. The intense mouth-feel is also very perfumed and is dominated by red raspberry, cherry and plum flavors and is framed by the vineyard's trademark mouthwatering acidity and suave and silky ripe tannins. This wine is very pretty in nature but dense and brooding at the same time which makes de Lancellotti Vineyard a pleasure to drink young or age for 10 years. Drink 2012-2022.
