This year's Dr. Bergström Riesling is our most compelling yet and the smallest production we have ever produced of this great homage to the noble Rieslings of the old world. The aromatic profile is enticing with lime, jasmine blossoms, liquid mineral, quince and citrus candies. The mouth feel is rich and concentrated but balanced with great energy and a fine balance between the sweetness and the juicy citrus acids. This wine is big and juicy and very enticing now but will be at its best between 2012 and 2019. The Best Dr. Bergström Riesling Yet!
